In March 2018, after 17 people were killed at the Parkland shooting, you promised survivors: “This is about finding common ground [..] We just experienced a traumatic school shooting in Florida and it’s finding common ground. Something that both sides can agree on.”
You swore to implement red flag laws and raise the minimum age for assault rifle purchases to 21.
You looked grieving families in the eye and promised: “My job now will continue to be to help the victims and the families.”
Then you betrayed us.
As U.S. Attorney General, you’ve systematically destroyed every protection you once supported. You’ve made it easier for soon-to-be shooters to get guns. You’ve turned the Justice Department into the gun lobby’s most powerful ally.

- Stop Cutting ATF’s Budget and Fully Fund Gun Law Enforcement
